White Belt Camp - Open Guard - Where We're Going, We Don't Need Closed

October 17-19, 2025 | Roll Model Grappling Academy, Greenwood, IN
All are welcome at this white belt camp - all genders and any rank, but this will be geared toward fundamental white belt moves. Kids are welcome, but must come with a partner- either coordinate with another kid or drill with parent, coach, etc.
This camp will focus on open guard, guard retention, and transitions from one guard to another.
Friday, September 20th: Gi
5:00 - 5:30 pm: Meet & Greet and Open Mat
5:30 - 6:30 pm: Intro, warmups, collar drag
6:30 - 7:30 pm: Square position

Saturday, September 21st: No-Gi
9:30 - 10:30 am: 2 on 1 Position
10:30 - 11:30 am: Over/under position
11:30 - 1:30 pm: Lunch - Suggestion 4 Seasons or McCallisters
1:30 - 2:30 pm: Square position
2:30 - 2:45 pm: Break
2:45 - 3:45 pm: Underhook position
3:45 - 4:00 pm: Break
4:00 - 5:00 pm: Back Control position
5:00 - 6:15 - Striking into the Takedown with Coach Adam Rector
